Midwife Sonography ExamSim Program
The Midwife Sonography (MW) ExamSim is a joint product by the American College of Nurse-Midwives (ACNM) and Pegasus Lectures, developed to help midwife practitioners determine their level of expertise in ultrasound and to prepare candidates for the ARDMS Midwife Sonography (MW) certificate exam.

In addition to providing simulation of the ARDMS Midwife Sonography examination, the program uses a patented algorithm to help the user determine their level of preparedness to sit for the exam. The patented algorithm mathematically assesses not only performance based on question types, subject topics, and subject subtopics, but it also analyzes keystrokes, testing behaviors, and time parameters to identify precise areas of strengths and weaknesses.
