General Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase within 14 days of purchase. Textbooks, DVDs, and/or CDs must be returned in the original packaging. All digital products and/or digital components must be unused. A refund, less a $20.00 administrative fee and shipping charges, will be given for unused products.

If an item is damaged in shipping, contact us within five days of delivery and we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice.
