Beginning with the patient sitting on the exam table with their elbow flexed 90 degrees, the landmarks for evaluation of the posterior elbow are demonstrated. The use of power Doppler to assess for hyperemia is discussed and potential sites for intra-articular bodies is notes. Imaging of the triceps brachii medial, lateral, and long muscle heads are demonstrated.
