In the sixth module on wrist pathology, Dr. Wilde begins with a discussion of extensor tenosynovitis, tendinopathies, de Quevains disease, Lister’s tubercle, and retinaculum tears. Extensor carpi ulnaris instability, dislocation, partial tear, and longitudinal split are demonstrated sonographically. Carpal tunnel causes, clinical findings, sonographic signs, and treatment options are covered in depth through illustrations and ultrasound images. Additional wrist pathologies discussed include vessel trauma, pseudoaneurysms, synovitis, lunate erosion, and flexor tenosynovitis.
