Pegasus Lectures, the Society for Vascular Surgery and the Society for Vascular Ultrasound are pleased to announce the release of the RPVI™ Exam Simulation online program. Designed to provide an efficient method of preparing for the RPVI™ exam, this exam simulation contains two full-length, four hour practice exams following the content outline and structure of the actual exam. In test mode, each exam can be taken up to eight times for a total of 64 hours of testing. Review mode provides unlimited access to the comprehensive review which displays the test questions, the answers you selected, the correct answers, and a detailed explanation for each item.
An interactive tutorial on test-taking strategies offers insight into unique logic and reasoning skills for multiple choice exams. Following the completion of each exam attempt, you will be able to review your exam score and a detailed analysis of your performance as it relates to specific topics and subtopics. During the practice exams, information is captured with each keystroke allowing you to review your test-taking habits (i.e. how you are changing answers, what your score would have been if you had not changed answers, question types you get wrong and how you performed relative to cardinal test-taking rules.) Additionally, the time spent answering each question is analyzed, allowing you to evaluate not only if you have answered the questions correctly, but also whether you have done so in a timely manner which would enable you to complete all exam questions in the allotted time. After completing each exam and reviewing your performance analysis, the program provides an unlimited review session that displays the test questions, the answers you selected, the correct answers, and a detailed explanation for each item. By identifying and targeting your areas of weakness, this program allows you to use your limited study time effectively! This program is a valuable tool for those planning to challenge the RPVI™ Exam or anyone who would benefit from an extensive review of vascular ultrasound testing.
This program is licensed for individual use. The program utilizes a patented analysis package which requires use on one computer at a time by one single user.
