Since the latest update of the macOS to Monterey (Version 12.4) we are experiencing some problems when logging in to the program.
When you enter your credentials into the E-mail Address and Password field on the login screen, the letters e and d will not work. Instead, the Character Viewer or the Dictation window will open.
Please follow these steps if you have an e or d in your e-mail address and/or password:
2. Run the installation file (the file is saved on your computer in the Download folder).
Please click on the icon of your browser if you need more information about the installation process.
You will see the status of the download at the bottom of the browser screen
Click on the file name (PegasusExamSimSetup.exe) and the installation process will start.

Please trust this download and click on the ^ button next to the 'Discard' button and click 'Keep'.

Simply click on the Run button and the installation process will start.
A pop up window will appear:
Click 'Save File'
Click on the Arrow button on the right top corner of the screen to view the status of the download:
Please click on the 'More info' link and select 'Run anyway'.
Extract the zip file and move the PegasusExamSimPlayer_1.6.50 file to any location on your Mac (for example your desktop) and run the application.
When you run the program the first time, you will see this image:
Important information for macOS Monterey Version 12.4 and higher
Open the 'System Preferences...' and select the 'Security & Privacy' tab.
Select 'Open Anyway'
And now select 'Open'
